1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all cities and governorates across Egypt through our trusted courier partners.
International delivery is not available at the moment.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Cairo & Giza: 1-3 business days
Other governorates: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly during weekends, public holidays, or special sale periods.

3. Delivery Process

Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 business days.
You will receive a confirmation message once your order is shipped.
The courier will contact you by phone before delivery to confirm your availability.

4. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or inability to reach you, your order may be returned to us.
In this case, additional delivery fees may apply for re-shipping.

5. Delivery Fees

Delivery charges vary based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.
From time to time, we offer free delivery promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website and social media pages.

6. Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We’ll review your case and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
