1. Delivery Locations

We currently ship all over Egypt.
International shipping is not available at the moment.


2. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and public holidays.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website or social media pages.


4. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).


5. Delivery Partner

We work with trusted local courier partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep.


6. Missed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. In this case, additional delivery fees may apply for reshipping.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will review your case and assist with a replacement or refund if applicable.
