- Delivery Locations
We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt.
International shipping is not available at this time.
- Delivery Timeframes
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other Governorates: 3–5 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, order size, and public holidays.
- Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on our website and social media pages.
- Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
- Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local courier partners to provide fast and reliable delivery straight to your doorstep.
- Missed Deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us.
In this case, additional delivery fees may apply if you request reshipment.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive an order that is damaged or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
